Good photographs are the cheapest thing that raises an apartment's occupancy. We shoot interiors and video made for short-term rental: frames that show the layout and the light, the details that make a guest choose this flat rather than another, and the surroundings — the beach, the pool and the walk to the sea.
The service is run by KW Interiors Photography, the brand of one of the people on our team. That means the photographer knows these apartments from the inside and knows what sells in a listing and what is merely a nice picture. A shoot can be booked on its own — including for an apartment we do not manage, or a property that is up for sale.
