Apartment TRES SUERTES – Torrevieja

A modern and luxurious apartment TRES SUERTES is located in Torrevieja, a coastal resort in Costa Blanca. The building is in an elegant, quiet and closed residential that offers to its guests security and comfort. The high standard equipment guarantees a great holiday and a good rest.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (direct access to one of them from one of the bedrooms), an exclusive and comfortable kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave (integrated in furniture), refrigerator and others. In the apartment you will also find a dining room and a large living room with access to a private garden full of exotic plants. In the garden there are furniture, deck chairs and a shower. On the terrace there are two automatic awnings.

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, additionally there is a possibility of using a fold-out children’s bed and toys.

Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, deck chairs, beach accessories, sheets, towels. TV and Internet access available. Access to the pool and parking (one parking space reserved for our Guests).

Costa Blanca guarantees 300 days of sunshine a year and the average annual temperature of 18^oC.

Near the apartment there are bars and restaurants where everyone can choose some dish to their liking. At a distance of up to 3 km there are shopping centers, among others the HABANERAS. In addition, every Friday there is a market where we can find regional cuisine specialties, fruits, vegetables, olives, etc.

At 1-2 km there are golden sand beaches located between Cala del Palangre and Cala Cornuda: Playa del Cura, Playa de los Locos, Playa Punta Margallo, Playa de los Naúfragos. On the way there is the Garden of Nations Park with a multitude of exotic plants, peacocks and a charming pond full of swans and ducks.

Torrevieja, which belongs to the Valencian Community, is the largest salt production center in Spain, famous for its salt lagoons, which are under protection: Lagunas de la Mata Natural Park, Laguna Rosa and Laguna Torrevieja. The city also has many interesting attractions and places to visit: Plaza de la Constitución, the Archpriest Church of the Immaculate Conception (neoclassical), the Museum of the Sea and Salt, Casino on the Paseo de Vistalegre from 1896, Real Club Náutico for all water sports fans, Las Salinas mini golf and many other high-level golf clubs, eg. Villamartin golf course.

In the vicinity of the apartment (up to 50 km) are the following cities: Elche, Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, San Pedro del Pinatar and many others that are worth visiting.
