No. The form is an enquiry about dates — you pay nothing and commit to nothing. We check availability and reply either confirming or suggesting other dates. A booking becomes binding only once we confirm it and you accept.

Usually the same day, at the latest the following morning. We reply in Polish, Spanish and English. If your dates are urgent, message us on WhatsApp — that is where we answer fastest.

Once the booking is confirmed we agree a deposit, and the balance is settled before arrival or on site, depending on the dates and the length of stay. Payment is by bank transfer; the details come by email with the confirmation. The site takes no card payments and we never ask for card details in any message.

In some apartments, yes — the amount is then shown next to the price under "Additional charges". The deposit is refundable and is NOT part of the price of the stay: we return it after departure if nothing has been damaged.

The stay itself, bed linen and towels, utilities and Wi-Fi. The final service is charged once per stay and is shown separately in the quote before you send the enquiry. Nothing else is added: the price you see is the price you pay.

Write to us as early as you can. With enough notice we try to move the dates or refund the deposit; the closer to arrival, the less room there is, because those dates were held closed to other guests. The exact terms are confirmed by email when you book, so you have them in writing.

It depends on the apartment — both are listed above under "House rules", along with any surcharge. If nothing is shown, ask in the form: some owners agree when arranged in advance. Infants do not count towards the occupancy limit, but do add them to the guest count so we know whether to prepare a cot.

For the stay itself, usually not — most apartments have the beach, a shop and restaurants within walking distance, and the distances are listed under "Nearby". A car mainly helps for the airport transfer and for trips out of town. If you would rather not rent one, write to us and we will tell you which apartments work well with a transfer and public transport.
